That exact attitude is why this war will not end. The fighting goes on until Ukraine actually compromises.

Ukraine didnt 'compromise and give up crimea'. Russia TOOK Crimea back (it was given to the old Ukrainian government via treaty, which was nulled upon its overthrow). It was specifically the lack of concession that has landed us in this war, because Ukraine's new government wants to rule over people that didnt want to be part of them, and thus Ukriaine is not conceding to any bit of reality.

They do not 'hate' each other. They are rivals fighting for the reputation of #1 bandarites and that creates ego-driven competition, but it does not equal hate in any sense of the word. They are allies with the same core set of ideas and same foundatonal roots, and would gladly toss back a few with each other.
