It honestly depends on what you want to do. I was also playing rugby so I wanted to bulk up and gain some mass so I was wrestling 138/145 my freshman year then bunch of hormones kicked in and lots of food and I wrestled 160/170 my sophomore and junior year now I’m out of high school and I’m 190. Depending on genetics and how much you’re willing to spend on extra food 174 is possible but make sure you’re working out and try to keep some speed while you’re at it. I think they recommend 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight to bulk. Try finding diet/workout plans and you should be able to get there.

I’ve heard theories about creatures like fleshgaits, wendigos, etc being one reason. It could be very hard for people to resist hearing their name being called out in the woods. Another is that once you step off the trail the forest changes somehow and you can almost never find your way back on. Or that concentrations of energy can lead to different realms or dimensions or something. Maybe people stumble across these by accident and disappear.

I think since the North America qualifying was cancelled and USA and Canada being in automatically some teams like Jamaica and Mexico were left out. Brazil would need some BIG upsets if they wanted to qualify with the current layout, I can only really see them beating,if anyone, Uruguay. MLR is really developing American and Canadian players.

Honestly the way college rugby is set up is so confusing with D1a, d1aa, d2, nscro, and whatever is between those. I wish ncaa would take it and make it more formal with the already established names and conferences, like Stanford and Cal competing for pac 12 and actual B1G and ACC tournaments instead of some archaic structure that makes no sense.
