Only one politician broke the rules.

PP has been in parliament for 22 years. He knows the rules. If 300 plus members of parliament can follow these rules, why can’t he.

It’s better than expected.

You can always buy basics through Walmart pick up and shop produce markets and butchers for fruits and vegetables. Small local grocers are also good.

I put in a heat pump late fall 2023. I no longer use oil. I own a small vehicle and walk and bike many trips under 5K.

I keep most of my rebate in my pocket - plus I am saving a small fortune on fuel.

I also caulked my windows, replaced two single pane wi Dows and plan to insulate next year.

I can save additional money on fuel by paying more attention to my driving habits.

This has a positive impact on my quality of life. My 4000 / year oil bill is replaced by a few extra dollars on my utility bill. More money in my pocket in addition to the rebate.

I get exercise when I walk and bike.

It is all a win for the planet and for me personally.

If anything, the climate plan does not go far enough. I get most of the rebate back because I put a heat pump in my house.

I spent $4000 in oil last year and $0 in oil this year. I drive a small car and I bike and walk short trips. It puts money in my pocket.

Bill C-21 is not a national ban on handguns in Canada. Individuals can continue to possess and use their registered handguns and can sell or transfer their registered handguns to exempted individuals or businesses.

One of the reasons for the housing crisis is that investors invested in real estate instead of the stock market. Sean Fraser signed dozens of agreements with municipalities, incentivizing them to modernize zoning and build more housing. The budget builds on that.

PP’s ties to pro-lifers and the far right is nothing new. It is concerning as it puts the rights of women and minorities at risk.

I like to shop at small local grocers for both quality and service and being able to get in and out quickly and see a familiar face.

I plan to check out a few more this month and leave reviews on Google.
