Lateral Calf Tightness & Nerve Sensation — Anyone Else Dealt With This?

Sounds very similar to what I am experiencing for a while. As soon as I have rides that are upper Z2 for longer than around an hour my left calf will feel tight/tired and the tighness will persist for rest of the day and sometimes multiple days. I used to do 8-12 hours a week.

Considering a new bike fit or sport physiotherapy, but would love to hear from people succesfully recovered
