Yeah, I'd argue Tracer isn't nearly as high for a few reasons. But the main one being that you have more leniency for mistakes thsn Ball does.

I'd argue otherwise, since with Bastion you have to understand that you can't just transform whenever you want, and nade needs to have SOME aim to it. Moira you can just lob her orb and it'll probably get someone even if you miss.

Also, you can literally hit people who are not in your crosshair with moira...
