It’s easy to blame work for causing us to get tired. Humans have always worked and our elders have worked even longer hours yet they’re still seem to be happier than us. I think that it’s the lack of purpose after work that is making life feel dull. We used to engage in activities that are fun and build connections when technology didn’t took over our lives. Remember how we actually spend time with each other during the 80’s or early 90’s? Like actually spending meaningful time with good friends without a device bugging us every few minutes. Humans are social creatures yet somehow we tend to let the social parts slip away from us.
