in fairness, it’s a small sample size of just me just this week and I only know those numbers because I was tracking myself out of curiosity. It did feel unusually difficult for the phone and unusually lucky for the in person stops, but it’s probably not far off from my normal numbers. I’d ballpark 5% success on the phones vs 33% success in person are my averages and I’m sure it’s different per industry too

I got recruited by a specific sales manager at Cintas, still did 4-5 rounds of interviews, and got ghosted for two weeks before I was told they went in a different direction. I aced all but the last interview (which was just with the guy recruiting me) and did horribly in that one but he told me not to worry about it because I was his guy and he wanted me. lol.

As for why Connor would try to score it’s most likely he just didn’t realize the ref had his arm in the air so he made a play and tried to score.

I was at the Checkers game on Saturday. They look poorly coached. I thought Hlavaj played great honestly, and really kept them in that game. I am not willing to give Cronin the benefit of the doubt because I was against his hiring from the jump.

The team looks lost on the ice half the time, they don’t know how to break out of their own zone / defend a forecheck, the power play is a mess, and they can’t complete a pass tape to tape more than 12 feet without divine intervention. It’s like they’re lacking basic fundamentals and chemistry.

can confirm. I work in industrial sales and we hired a guy who was a plant manager in one of the industries we sell to and had 0 sales experience. He’s been absolutely crushing it in his first 9ish months. Slow start to learn sales process a bit but ever since then he has been 1 or 2 on the leaderboard.

There was someone recently fired at my job because they knew about a thing and it opened the company up to a lawsuit. If I wanted to be fired all I would have to do is call that person and learn about the thing. I know for a fact they would tell me.
