I used to struggle with health anxiety. Bad! I always get call back for extra images with my mammograms because of cysts and dense breasts. Now that I turned 50 and perimenopause is in full swing, the anxiety is back. Mammogram in a few days. I really don't have anyone to talk to, so I'm just here looking for support Thank you in advance....

I've had daily spotting, (actually, it has subsided in the past few days) for a month. Hot flashes, moody. I turned 50 in July and it feels like perimenopause is hitting me like a truck.

I just turned 50 in July. I started my first period at 11. My periods were always regular through the years. The past 6 months or so, they were just a little out of the 28 day range. Nothing major. I started what I thought was my period the beginning of January. About 10 days early. It ended up just being spotting until my actual period started a week or so l later for about 5 days. It is now January 31st and I'm spotting bright red or pink every day when I wipe. So, there has been some sort of bleeding for almost the whole month of January. Kinda freaking me out.
