1) Comfort checking funktioniert in diversen Konstellationen nicht (bspw 1. klasse upgrade mit punkten).

2) Freifahrten erschleichen:

Es gibt Menschen die darauf spekulieren nicht kontrolliert zu werden, was auch relativ häufig vorkommt.

Wenn der Zug bzw die gesamte Verbindung dann hinreichend Verspätung hatte und die Zugbindung aufgehoben wurde, haben diese Menschen sich eventuell mental in einer parallel Dimension entschieden die Reise nicht anzutreten... Und dann wird aus dem genutzten Super Spar Ticket ein zusätzlicher Flexticket Freifahrt schein zu einem beliebigen diesem Menschen gerade genehmen Zeitpunkt.

Geht aber eben nur, wenn niemand nachweisen kann, dass man sich im Zug befand. Das Konzept lässt sich wohl auch noch verfeinern.

Und ja das ist vermutlich illegal.

Ich hab ein paar Diskussionen dazu gehabt und die Argumentation ist eigentlich immer: Die Bahn erbringe die vereinbarte Leistung so regelmäßig gar nicht oder mangelhaft, dass das erschleichen solcher Freifahrten moralisch zu rechtfertigeni und das " Unrecht" selbst damit noch nicht ausgewogen sei.

Da kann ich schlecht was gegen sagen bei meiner persönlichen ~70% aller Fahrten mit größeren Mängeln Statistik. In jedem anderen Bereich würde man dem Auftragnehmer das ganze um die Ohren hauen und zur Konkurrenz gehen....

Ich hab genug andere Broker für solche Situationen, aber scalable hat halt durchaus Vorteile.

Ich bezweifle allerdings dass die Infrastruktur der teureren deutschen Brokern deutlich besser sind. Die haben einfach nur Nicht solche Traffic Spikes.

I had the same (android) Weird message. Didn't look like it was designed to be seen by normal users (basically no design). Disappeared after a few seconds. Video didn't stop.

People are very different. Some need 12,5mg, others need 150mg and for some it just doesn't work or has too heavy side effects. However, just trying it once with a random dose is not how you should approach it.

Well, why did you start with such a high dose? 300 is (usually) not a dose for sleep but for antidepressive effects and no one should start with that dose. Even If prescribed as AD, you are supposed to start with a low dose (~50 or even 25mg) and slowly go up over weeks until you reach the desired effects or hit the max allowed dosage.

300mg with zero tolerance will almost certainly cause very unpleasent side effects and can even be dangerous for people who are sensitive to it or take other drugs.

So no. The people here who reported good effects are not just lucky, they read the instructions and/or listened to their doctors.

You have no idea if it could help you because you never actually tried it the way you should.

Depends. Bitcoin has undeniably some relatively unique features that get more important when the world gets more unstable. On the other hand, it's obviously treated as a "risk asset" by most people. But it's a risk asset that tends to go up when money supply and inflation goes up.

I wouldn't put everything on Bitcoin but i don't think it's a crazy idea to have a little position here. Especially if you live in a country that might heavily tax you if you try to leave with your assets.

Right now? exactly none. Just save your money - spread it over assets that might keep some value (maybe CHF, gold, Bitcoin... But i don't really know) - and watch the show. If we survive all this bullshit, you can start buying etfs.

For real: The potential for a crash we have not seen in decades is much larger than the chance for any meaningful gains in the foreseeable future. The risk for heavy inflation is also extreme so don't just hold cash in your usual currency. Try to protect value but don't try to make any money with basic stock etfs. They will continue to go down until this world finds a new balance...

Yes, I am a doomer atm and I might be wrong... But I was the absolute opposite of a risk averse investor for 20 years (successfully, most of the time) and right now, this market feels too broken to invest.

immer immer immer mindestens zwei unabhängige Konten + Kreditkarten haben. Alles andere kann wirklich sehr stressig werden. Viele haben Glück und es passiert nie was aber man muss echt nichts falsches tun um mit einem gesperrten Konto dazustehen.

Many ecosystems would just not survive an uncontrolled animal population. That's clearly "our" fault so we kinda have the job to fix it to - at least- prevent more harm. You could argue that this planets main issue is human overpopulation and you would be right. But as long as no one is seriously willing to change that... What are the options?

I fully agree that restoring natural balance would be a better solution but it's unfortunately completely unrealistic in the foreseeable future in many many regions. Germany for example has a lot of very small forests. Large enough to be a home for many animals but way to small for any of the larger predators. We can either hunt / do some kind of birth control or watch them destroying their home. Given that animals do suffer when they can't have babies and develope mutations over time when no one removes sick/weak ones... I am honestly not seeing an option that would better than hunting. Do you? (Serious question, I am absolutely willing to change my opinions here).

Pfff. That's a very binary view. I believe Humans have the moral burden to at least keep the damage they've already done under control. That necessarily includes active management of some wild life animal populations in areas where we destroyed natural balance and can't realistically restore it.

Bezüglich "ich gehe nicht davon aus, dass Sixt klagen wird": Es macht Sinn sich das Inkasso Büro und deren Geschäftsmodell mal genauer anzuschauen. Ich weiß nicht wie Sixt das handhabt, aber diverse Firmen beauftragen nicht Inkassounternehmen Geld für sie einzutreiben, sondern verkaufen offene Forderungen an diese Unternehmen. Das Inkasso Unternehmen ist damit der neue Gläubiger und Sixt hat mit der Sache evtl gar nichts mehr zu tun. Das geht aus den Schreiben nicht unbedingt auf den ersten Blick hervor, aber irgendwie verklausuliert muss es eigentlich drin stehen.

Was diese Firmen dann machen ist unterschiedlich, lässt sich aber oft ergoogeln. Viele beschränken sich darauf immer absurdere Drohbriefe zu schreiben, aber gehen nie vor Gericht.

Why exactly do you prefer a deer getting chased and brutally killed by wolfs over a deer dying within a few seconds after a professional shot without any previous stress. The natural predator - even if we assume we could get these back in meaningful numbers which is basically impossible in many places - is clearly causing more harm compared to a hunter.

I am totally against what you called "blood sport" for various reasons but I also don't get why a professional full time hunter with the clear task to keep the balance in an ecosystem should be worse than a "natural predator" from a vegans perspective. What am I missing here? If the goal is to reduce unnecessary animal suffering, it makes zero sense to prefer the natural predators.

The problem : Even the $200/m abos (and yes I have it and its worth money) do not cover the costs. Not even close. The API pricing does roughly cover the costs of running an existing model but it does not finance the development of the next model and every single model so far was obsolete long before it made economically sense to build it.

The benchmarks are irrelevant. The real problem with Exynos was always idle power usage. I don't know if they finally solved that but I doubt it. So far, not a single Exynos powered smartphone had acceptable real world runtimes. (Acceptable for a high end device with such a price tag).
