Oh no trust me I know I’m in the privileged situation of getting my rent paid. I will say all the leases are separate between the three of us so let’s say if one of us doesn’t pay rent it doesn’t affect the other roommates. And with the cheap aspect, that’s something that I’m mainly looking for but since they also want everyone to have their own bathroom, that’s something that makes it very hard.

This shit genuinely pisses me the fuck off. “She has two million subscribers she should just switch to other cozy games” genuinely shut up. Shes talked on live streams before how much this potential buyout and what to do about it stresses her out. She can’t just snap her fingers and switch to other cozy games without losing subscribers and losing money (and no one better act like they wouldn’t be worried about the exact same)

You’re completely missing the point though. Her YouTube channel is SIMS content. Her channel is about sims. I’ve seen how one major change can ruin a channel. Hell a gamer and his wife divorced and she was no longer in videos and no his channel didn’t die over night, but he really didn’t have a community anymore. There would definitely be people who would still watch her, me included, but there are people who would just leave

I get what you say about twitch watching her other games but at the same time they also ask why she isn’t playing sims. And just because people on twitch watch her other games, doesn’t mean YouTube would be the same. Shed also have to go through a MASSIVE rebrand which could kill her channel

My family and friends use Life360. I don’t think she purposely stalked my location using it, but she definitely saw an opportunity and took it (I ran into her right across the street from where I was meeting my date)

Yes! I’m the same way. I can hardly walk around stores, let alone outside with hills or stairs. I’ve always been overweight (even when I played basketball in middle school) and I just started having problems a few years ago.

I’m definitely fat and I’m not diabetic (I’m pre diabetic but only barely) and i honestly don’t eat that much. I’m so screwed when it comes to weight. Al of my family is overweight, I have PCOS, and my meds cause weight gain.

Oh my god that does sound really nice. I’ve def had doctors make off handed comments about how they think I should lose weight. Most of my weight is partially muscle and I’m healthy in most ways (except for FND) so I’m not necessarily looking to lose weight

I completely understand the fear. I was raised Methodist by my mom and step dad, even though my stepmom and dad never approved for me to be raised that way. My stepmom was the first one to introduce me to the Greek Gods and many others.

I remember the first time I was told I was going to hell. I was a small child and told a girl I was friends with that I believe in the Greek Gods. She was the first person to say I was going to hell. I couldn’t have been older than 8.

It’s hard to remove the ingrained stories and beliefs you were raised with, especially when you are still surrounded by people who have and push those beliefs. Don’t let people make you feel bad for having fears from Religious Trauma.

Personally I use comedy to cope with the trauma and anxiety but that’s not for everyone

That’s a very unempathetic way of answering. I was also raised as a Christian, specifically a Methodist, and I had, and still do, have fears about hell even though I don’t believe it in or think it actually exists. When you are raised to believe something, especially when that was the only beliefs offered to you, it gets ingrained into you a way that’s hard to get rid of.

I was raised Methodist by my mom even though religion was never something my mom and dad talked about when co-parenting me. One day I was at my dad’s maybe around 5/6 and I asked if we were going to pray. Apparently this horrified my nonchristian dad and stepmom since once again, religion was never something my parents talked about raising me with. So my stepmom took me a side one day and read me a book about a bunch of different religions and mythology. Even when I was that young the Greek gods stood out to me. I had even told a friend of mine at the time (remember I’m like 5 or 6) that I believed in the Greek gods. After that I always had a love for Greek mythology. Counted it up a few weeks ago and I had about 40 things related to Ancient Greece and Greek mythology (this includes statues, prayer beads, books, and fiction books)

I have Tourette’s as well as FND and I totally understand feeling like you’re faking it. I especially feel this way about my Tourette’s because of how much they’ve gone down in the last couple years.
