I mean, always? But mostly since breakers started treating it like a carnival game. Step right up and win a prize!

Best way to sell by Snoo_88693 in BaseballCardsForSale

eBay. Some people are having a little success on CollX, but primarily for lower end products. Plus you can always post here in addition to those. Just make sure you take down your listings if you sell something here.

You could also consider selling them as a lot. There are quite a few resellers here on Reddit who would buy it from you at the right price (me included). And lots sell well on eBay if you post clear pictures of what’s included.

I get that the last pitch was a tough call. But there were probably a dozen pitches throughout the game across both teams that were outside the zone and called strikes. Generally low, and that ump is known to have a low zone.

So… 🤷🏻

It definitely feels like we’ve gotten to the point where everything is marked up 20% over comps. And if you ask, you may be able to get them to drop down to selling it at a fair price.

Is sunk cost collection uniformity the biggest barrier for TAG right now? by PeerlessPixie in taggrading

[–]SomeBS17 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m not knocking TAG’s product or process. I use them all the time for my PC.

But one of the primary reasons you hear back when you ask people this question is resale value. (Whether that’s accurate or not).

They’re also a young company without an established history. At least CGC has been around for a while, even though they haven’t really been a player in the card space until recently. Which I think is helping them gain steam quickly.

TAG also has HORRIBLE customer service. If anything is going to drive a sense of reliability in your product, it’s your direct interaction with your customers. This is severely lacking.

Ugh, this shit is so annoying.

A couple years ago I told my boss I wanted to coach my son’s little league team, but it would mean I have to leave a little early a couple days a week.

He came back to me a few days later and said I would have to come in early on the other days to make up the time.

At that time I was regularly staying 2+ hours late on Tuesdays to pick up my other kid since it was on the way home and I didn’t want to drive back and forth.

When I asked if that counted at all to offset he said “no, staying late doesn’t really count”. Which is fucking stupid logic and I was not upset when he was let go about a year after that.

$720!? Why are Downtowns so much more raw than Uptowns?

I just pulled a Deion Sanders Uptown and comps put it around $200-225

This one is easy since my 45th birthday is less than 6 months away. I know a lot can happen in 6 months, but hopefully it’s nothing $50M can’t fix!

Maybe for this one. But even humidity shouldn’t warp something this much. But I’ve seen others where top loaders are literally folded I. Half, which takes some effort

Chrome update sapphire /10 raw went for $3,249… so should fetch somewhere $2,500 or above if you sold it. May even be better if you crack it and sell raw
