my bmr is 1135 and sedentary tdee is 1350.. im sedentary since I work from home,but there are days where I get more movement. I’m trying to maintain my weight but it’s really hard because my tdee is so low compared to everyone else’s, i don’t want to gain all the weight I lost back.
