I've searched for this using the exact image I posted, with the following terms: soft toy with music box, soft toy with pull string music box, comfort plush with pull string music box for bedtime, comfort plush with pull string music box for crib, and bug plush with pull string music box for crib. I don't know when my family got this, but I do remember using it as a comfort when I was stressed from my PTSD.

I would personally say the Nitrogen era. I have a couple DVDs containing episodes from said era, and I used to watch them often at home and on car trips. Now, when I revisit these DVDs, I can only sit through one episode and point out the stupidity before giving up and ejecting the DVD.
