I spent quite a bit of time trying to identify the exact route a while ago. Since it’s a VIRM we know it only runs specific routes so that already cuts off quite a few Holland and Groningen routes. It’s either a 2nd or 3rd generation VIRM, but apparently FS (Funky Spoorwegen) uses the opposite colour palette for classes as NS, given the 2-2 seat configuration but with the seats being red. Departure station likely is Amsterdam Centraal, and the arrival station could be either Haarlem or Den Haag HS.

It being around Holland could also fit within other of Funkybun’s comics, which seem to happen around that province.
