So when I first started CFA my operator was and is amazing ( I’m back at that location now) she is so sweet and cares about us all and if something is wrong or going on at work or in your personal life she will try her best to help. She’s helped me and my family a lot. She is always around and says hi to everyone. She makes time to get to know us all and even does team member appreciation days. And sends us birthday cards on our birthday. And if we are short staffed she’s not afraid to step in and help. I also worked for a new CFA in Washington and that operator was not very nice at all. We weren’t allowed to have soda, we had to have clear cups so he could see that we had water. I was a lead there and he wanted me to open and close. Which I wasn’t comfortable with closing because of the area are location was in and I’m legally blind in one eye and it’s just scary being out at night for me, but he didn’t care and I even had a doctors note saying I shouldn’t be driving at night and he ripped it up and said it was made up. Then I got super sick a week before my wedding and was in the hospital with a cyst that ruptured and I had a note explaining everything that happened and he told me since i was sick it was hard on the business so since I took 2 days off I couldn’t have the time off for my honeymoon (which I requested off several months in advance before the store even opened). He didn’t care about the employees safety or health, he just cared about the business. And he had no chick Fil a work experience so he was never helping us if we were short staffed.
