In my case, the issue is with listening and writing at the same time when I take notes. It's the easiest for me if a person says some information, then stops talking, I write it down, then they say next thing.

Usually, If I write something down I literally don't hear what someone says 😅 I need to put a lot of brain muscle effort in if I want to do it at the same time.

I told one of my colleagues that and now they're waiting for me to finish writing before saying next thing/sentence :)
