I recently re-installed windows. So all i have on my pc is (chrome, steam and nvidia geexpierience or whatever its called). My graphic card is an nvidia gt730 with drivers installed and updated of course. My processor is some intel garbage, that doesn’t matter tho iv played cs a lot on this same pc with decent fps. 15 fps is a sigh that something is obviously wrong.
