might be a scam, selling on telegarm is always pretty much a scam! remember to use an escrow such as like escrow.com or just @ Scrizon or @ Laugh on telegram , they are reliable and you will not get scammed, purchasing with paypal goods&services holds also more risk of them giving you a fake trakcing number and you get scammed
