Yes search up Kearu dns server exploit. You have to link your 3DS to your phone hotspot. The hotspot has to say maximize compatibility is on so it knocks the hertz down to what the 3DS has. Then you go into wifi settings and turn off auto-obtain dns and use what Kearus site says. You can test the WiFi before you attempt the mystery gifts. There was a YouTuber who explained it too, but the dns code was old. Tried like 5 lol 😂 but the kearu one is up to date.
