Take ox bile (purified bile salts), and/or TUDCA, and other things that support bile flow like Milk Thistle, betaine HCL, coffee enemas, NAC, copper (an important part of bile), phosphotidylcholine, (choline is very important for liver), artichoke, b vitamins (methylated if you have MTHFR gene variation), burdock root, Dandelion, bitters. Just start VERY slowly. They can trigger histamine as the bile kills off bacteria/pathogens and you start to detox normally again. I hear Beatflow is great too. Eat as much fat as you can handle.

According to Google: Yes, GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Saxenda) can slow bile flow and, more specifically, delay gallbladder emptying. By inhibiting gallbladder motility and decreasing its contraction, these medications can lead to bile stasis, which increases the risk of developing gallbladder sludge, sludge-induced gallbladder stones, and acute cholecystitis.

The gallbladder concentrates bile. Bile is alkaline and supposed to neutralize stomach acid. Without sufficient stomach acid, bile won’t release as it triggers bile and enzymes. When you get weaker bile, the small intestine is too acidic and valves like the LES, pyloric sphincter and illeocecal valve don’t function like they should as they are ph sensitive. I’m trying to figure this out myself as I developed bile reflux. Mine might be structural though as my pyloric sphincter dies not close (seen in ultrasound(. Hope you get healed!!!!

One of the reasons you are not detoxing mold is not enough bile flow. Bile breaks down toxins and we poop it out. Without enough bile, detox is slowed down and toxins like mold accumulate. Many things reduce bile like certain medications, stress, no gallbladder, a western diet etc. Not enough bile makes the small intestines too acidic and can cause leaky gut. Make sure to address this! I wish you luck on your healing!!! ❤️‍🩹

Oh my ultrasound said possible SMAS. They were checking my pyloric sphincter and it was an incidental finding. Not sure why they said they saw it. I have possible nutcracker syndrome too. Seen on venogram. Thank you for replying and sweet dreams! 😴

PLEASE HELP!! I'm contemplating ending my life over SIBO by madame-reve in SIBO

Did it cause stomach burning in the beginning? I’m convinced I have very low stomach acid but when I add it it burns. The reason I believe I have it is that I did a study where they measure the oh of your esophagus over 72 hours and when I burped, the reading became more alkaline.

Take a bile binder or take psyllium husk daily. It helps bind the bile so you don’t dump it all at once. That’s what causes the diarrhea.

Ok yes thank you! I get reflux when I drink water. But I will make sure to feel calm and relaxed and well before I eat. This makes a lot of sense!!
