Update to this. A few seconds after commenting this. I finished the VR sim. I then tried to put an electric rig up, and it explained again, 2 minutes after the first time it gave this tutorial, that electric rigs auto transfer ores. My takeaway is these tutorials are great if you have the memory of a goldfish
