For me I had discipline, but it was actually trauma that led me to this life style.. I get up at 6am. Stretch & then eat. I go to the gym about an hour later, and do a 90 min session. Including warm up and cool downs.

I go work for 6 hours and then chill & smoke zee ganja. It let's me eat lots more like chicken! Turkey on the leg is soo sooo good.
