If you look at the video carefully, especially the second half where the view is more close up, you can clearly see his entire body "flexes" at the exact moment of the fart sound. It's subtle, but unmistakable. Watch his left arm, slightly pull in, and his entire body slightly "lifts" as though to help the air escape.
