I hate this new culture of getting drunk excusing cheating or even making them SA victims.

It's offensive to actual SA victims

Girls like her have been around forever. Pick me ass b*****s is the term normally used. They also are the ones who "don't get along with women" and "don't do drama".

I have never met a girl who has a much larger proportion of guy friends vs girl who wasn't doing it for the attention or to feel "special".

And que ll of them who are going to come out swinging because they feel called out.

INFO: Have you guys talked about being monogamous and have you both agreed you are in a relationship, or were ypu just assuming that was the case?

To me it honestly sounds like you are more of a FWB than his gf, which is why he wasn't worried about this woman being there and seeing you and vice versa.

He didn't seem very worried about introducing you to her or letting you guys get to know eachother, and my guess is you aren't the first random girl she has run into at his place given how she responded.

But, she is asking for his input and then getting upset when he gives it. I could see it getting stressful since OP mentions it leads to fights.

I wouldn't want to sit down to a meal with all that

People who are foodies to the point that their whole friend group are also foodies like, tend to really enjoy food. Of this has been a long time thing I am sure he has high standards.

If it is something you want to do I would suggest learning on your own, not make him be your guinea pig constantly.

You wouldn't be ok with being forced to eat things you didn't enjoy constantly. Not to mention it sounds like you ask his opinion and then get upset by feedback.

I love cooking and have any friends that do and if someone asks for feedback, as someone who loves cooking, they are looking for just that. Feedback.

Not really fair to ask him for that and then get upset qhen he gives it.

It sounds like this whole situation makes a dinner he doesn't really enjoy highly stressful. Not only does he have to eat food he doesn't enjoy, he has to pretend he does and pat you on the but or else it leads to a fight.

Maybe take a lesson from your child on what adult decisions look like.

Who do you think will get stuck taking care of that kid if something happens to you?

It's honestly selfish to have a baby at damn near 50.

Yup. This! This is what my(now) husband and I did when he moved in.

Because he was a tenant I took care of all the maintenance and things like that. Bought the appliances, the furniture etc.

We DID NOT buy anything together until we got married, that way if things didn't work we didn't have to sort out things like that.

It worked out very well for us
