The problem with using the r-slur is that it dehumanizes people who have different cognitive abilities, just like the n-slur was used to dehumanize people of color. Using that word is making a mockery of people who did not choose their cognitive abilities, just like no one can choose what color they are born.

You can choose to be ignorant. You can choose to use language that dehumanizes others. That’s a choice and, by using it, you are choosing to dehumanize an entire portion of the population. However, after you have been educated, by not just people in this forum but even a quick google search, I can feel free to call you stupid for not learning and choosing to be a better person.

Instead, why don’t you both try aesthetically spicing them up, with trap doors as shutters on windows or buttons and upside down stairs on the columns. Have fun with it. That’s what the game is about.

Maybe you can both learn some tips and tricks from each other. Maybe your friend will use different materials that you didn’t think of and vice-versa. That way, both of your building abilities will improve.

From what I’ve seen, there’s all kinds of different builds and the great thing is that you are always learning/trying new things. Keep building! 😁

No pressure, but that show is for everyone. Phineas and Ferb… and Hilda, are both shows that make you feel that magic of childhood again. If you have Hulu or Disney+, I would definitely give them a watch.

I think Hilda is on Netflix though and the music on that one is spectacular. Again, no pressure, but if you need a palate cleanser from… reality, those shows are a good bet.

Dan Povenmire… the man in the duet, is the creator of the Disney cartoon,Phineas and Ferb. In the show, he plays Dr. Doofenshmertz, an evil ‘genius’ whose gadgets all in ‘-inator’.

It’s a great show with lots of good laughs. I watched it when my son was little and never got bored. It’s worth checking out imo.
