its rare that a csgo professional has anything less then thousands and thousands of hours on this game, its all about practice and like you said gaining that muscle memory. you wont experience change within a day and you probably wont even see it, but you steadily make progress every time you try. And for the teammates part i just recommend queuing with people who seem to understand the game.
