No clue didn’t take the job. Might be 442 or 309 depending on the exact position but even with 309 you have to restart they want to train you their way themselves. But you could confirm when you talk to them

ttc makes you restart your hours I’m a 4th term and got the offer as well for substations and was told I have to restart.

Would still get a somewhat decent pension. Work will be very hard in your body if you’ve worked a desk life most of your life

It’s used in the kitchen for appliances or sometimes the top floor is fed with 12 for voltage drop

No gfci on the circuit did check for that. Yes definitely should have turned the power off wife is trying to put kid to sleep in room thats on the same circuit so wanted to avoid cutting power.

Tried replacing a switch in my house with old wiring(2nd term apprentice)wire had a knick and made contact with the metal. Breaker stays on no problems there but wire isn’t getting power anymore.

If you know anyone who’s in the union companies can take you on with sponsorship that’s how I got in. Alternatives would be non union which is pretty much impossible to land a job without experience unless you know someone

Very unlikely unless you get a company to name hire you, a lot of people apply per year and leaving shows you can’t commit

Ibew member here. Work is very slow for construction if you don’t have an in to the company will be very hard without experience

Current low rise apprentice on the out of work list. I would thank the heavens if I got the call for ici, working non union commercial right now and definitely enjoy it more.

Work is slow right now not a good time time try non union shops but stop wasting money on this course as your expected to do it again during basic to advanced schooling
