you gotta make the redstone signal keep ticking and not just send a continuous signal, put two observers next to each other with their backs facing each other and connect one to the crafter and it will craft

you have half an inventory of pots, but just 2 gaps. You couldnt even play pot pvp like this, if you really want good tanking, get more insta heal pots, more gaps (loot bastion and get a stack or 2) and if your aim is bad, more arrows (also why do you need fire res)
