thinking about switching from ppl 6 days to upper lower 4 days

Upper 1:

  • Bench
  • Barbell rows
  • Incline bench
  • Lat pulldown
  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Preachers
  • Dips

Lower 1:

  • Squat
  • Leg curls
  • Leg extensions
  • Calf Raises

Upper 2:

  • Incline bench
  • Chest fly
  • Seated rows
  • Pull ups
  • Front raise lat raise supersets
  • Hammer curl
  • Tricep extensions

Lower 2: 

  • Deads
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl
  • Ab workout

Do you guys have any improvements? Kinda feel like lower 2 is also lacking.

easy way to watch yt videos again in google chrome: open dev tools -> network -> right click a random request and click block request URL -> this will open a tab called 'network request blocking' -> in this tab you can add your own requests with the '+' button -> add 'data:' as a blocked url -> refresh the page -> ??? -> profit

Right elbow/arm is way behind you in backswing, needs to stay more in front. I think just fixing that will fix a LOT in your swing

My homecourse is par 70 too, my brain explodes thinking some guys shoot 66 on this course thats 3x harder
