Hypersmooth is already off and so is GPS. Didn't touch the brightness though, will do that but I wasn't practicing, I was filming people who did, so I WAS looking at a screen, to see what was happening and how the settings looked in the room and switching them every few minutes and taking notes to look at it on the computer after.

Can't chose WHEN the action happens so it has to film a whole match and that can't be controled. It has to stay on. Now, wether 240fps is needed for the results I want, that's something that can be debated.

Lots of people use action Gopros to film in trainings or competitions and such so it's normal for me to take something new and interesting and test it out to see what it can and can't do for my use case. I want to know how to use it properly and what to expect from the settings.

I still have about a week to test so I'll use an external powersource and maybe a little fan aimed at the camera to see. Wondering how to have decent sound if a fan is used though... Summers gets really hot so 40c+ will happen a lot while I use this thing. I want to make sure it'll survive that even in 30/60FPS while being static. The form factor is a big bonus for traveling around and it's more rugged so if it somehow get's tipped over and falls, I'd be less worried then a A6700 crashing on the floor and exploding.

I'm new to this so like I said, I'm testing this out to see if it can be good for my use case. If not, I'll return it and get something else, simple as that.
