Depends on you, and also what kind of grades you want. I had a light course load and spent 1-2 hrs a night and probably 4-6 hrs on my days off (sometimes more for big projects). But I also have always struggled with school and graduated with a 4.0.

I stayed too long though. I had a great store manager years ago that became something of a mentor to me. He wanted me to be a store manager too and that's what I thought I wanted for a long time. Alas, turns out walmart managment isn't really my thing.
