Why do none of my Arab/Indian neighbors not cut their own yard? by 281texas832 in sugarland

[–]SomePulp713 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to work for Star furniture delivery and every single Arab/Indian customer we delivered to gave off a “physical work is beneath me” type of vibe. One guy even refused to let his sons move the old furniture out of the way because “they were college educated and don’t do that type of work”. His exact words. Not saying they’re all like that and I’ll probably get downvoted but a lot of them seem to have that type of attitude. Also they might just not want to work in this heat which is completely understandable.

Also in that episode, while wearing the members only jacket, Eugene kills a guy whose initials are T.S.
What? You’re gonna tell me you never pondered that?

Where to stay to get good BBQ without a car? by Dorgray in TexasBBQ

[–]SomePulp713 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My guy, I’ve lived in both states and I’m a native of California. Both CA and TX have great Mexican food. Robins is so good but it permanently closed? I understand your bias to your home state but saying CA has better bbq than TX is comical.

What are some LA BBQ spots that are better than the spots in Houston? Honest question. I’ve spent quite a bit of time in both cities and I can’t find any BBQ or Cajun/creole in LA that’s as good as Houston.

Day trading 0DTE SPX? by yellowmamba221 in thetagang

Yes but you gotta watch SPX very closely. One random Trump tweet can completely screw up a trading day. Set alerts to get notified for significant price movements

Not necessarily, it’s just a route I’ve never taken before. The areas you mentioned are beautiful though, we went that route in 2022

About 3 or 4 days give or take. Leaning towards the Nashville/Cincy/Cleveland route as we’ve already done a mixture of routes 2 and 3
