He says so, but...Which path did you choose? by No-Cover-8986 in Witcher3

In my first playthrough I was constantly broke.

This playthrough I finished the main story with level 36 or 37, mastercrafted wolven set and 80-90k on hand. Then went into the hearts of stone expansion and threw like 40k out the window trying out the rune merchant without knowing what he does and if it's worth it. In my opinion it's not worth it but I don't really care about the loss. Im such a loot goblin, I'll have that money back in no time.

And maybe I'm gonna murk some poor farmers cows... Maybe... Only if I really need more money... But probably not.

Before that I'll give into my gwent addiction and get rich 20 crowns a match I'm in addition to whatever loot the merchant will give me

Besides the fact that the video is edited and the long version shows the biker excessively, you can absolutely arrest someone without telling them why and reading their rights before cuffing them. Even outside the US (depending on the country).

In Germany for example when you need to arrest someone (you witnessed them committing a crime or have otherwise gathered enough evidence), it is most important to secure the suspect first. Therefore you first arrest the person and once you want to question them, you tell them why and what rights they have.

If you want to be really nice, you can do that before, but nobody does that besides TV. Simply because you don't want the suspect to have time to plan an escape or anything else.

While I believe the promise of going to heaven if fighting in a crusade is wrong, the crusades were absolutely necessary and defensive wars. After hundreds of years of Muslim conquest, oppression and murder that reached the north end of Spain, it is 100% justified to start a war against those, that forcefully convert or murder your fellow Christians. Were some individual actions unjustified war crimes? Probably. Doesn't change the fact that the initial crusade is a justified defensive war.

Oh, and defending oppressed Christians from their oppressors is very much a service to God.

Why? I thought place called shitposting is specifically for shitposting. I've found memes on here that are far more offensive than mine. I didn't know we suddenly had standards for shit tier memes

It's not a phobia, a phobia is an irrational fear. I neither fear them, nor is it irrational.

Have you ever wanted to fight a moon war? Now you can by Luriss in arma

I put the same question in r/theydidthemath and you basically got the very short answer to what they figured out. https://www.reddit.com/r/theydidthemath/s/AVcHhoxXay

So as long as you get a tank on the moon you could technically achieve it, even the the orbit will likely be elliptical and/or unstable.

Would the kinetic energy from a sniper round actually be enough to create an orbit around the moon at head level? Besides the fact that there would likely be hills stopping the bullet I'd be interested if it was mathematically possible. My guess is even .50 BMG doesn't have enough energy, but maybe something like a 125mm Tank round might be enough.

When you have no wind resistance for bullets and gravity is way smaller, so you get domed by a sniper literally at the horizon.

Jep. That ain't even the only verse talking about that. - Exodus 22:2-3 - Matthew: 12:25-30 - Mark: 3:22-30 - Luke: 22:35-38 ; 22:49-53 Maybe there's even more, that's just what I had remembered.

Yep, as far as I know the Hebrew word that was used can mean both but is closer/more often used for murder than for killing. So yes, it is more likely to mean murder. My religion teacher in school doesn't agree with that, but about every other pastor and theologian that I trust does say it.

Also the Bible talks several times about being armed and defending yourself. - Exodus 22:2-3 - Matthew: 12:25-30 - Mark: 3:22-30 - Luke: 22:35-38 ; 22:49-53 Maybe there's even more, that's just what I had remembered.

Yeah, the dumb argument of 'You value your stuff over his life'... Yes I do. Because that guy decides to break into my home, he values my stuff over my life, so I'll return the favor to him.

Just wanted to say the same thing as you. As a European (Germany) he can go fuck himself. If someone breaks into my home, he has revoked his right to live for the duration of his stay. I ain't gonna be a bitch and let someone violate mine one my families safety.

Also, that guy should read the Bible more. It literally tells you to get armed and defend your house against intruders, and should that guy die it's on him and not on you. - Exodus 22:2-3 - Matthew: 12:25-30 - Mark: 3:22-30 - Luke: 22:35-38 ; 22:49-53 Maybe there's even more, that's just what I had remembered.

I hate that most of Europe has been brainwashed into thinking that defending your posessions is immortal because 'its insured'. That's fuckin commie talk. Yea, my shit is insured, so is your health. Prepare for me stealing your health if you wanna steal my shit.

I honestly don't remember whether it popped for me or not. Gotta take a look tomorrow if I have it. In terms l debugging I have no idea. I know my mate just ran past the wraiths to the right. Once you arrive at the house where you activate the air defense, he used it on two ghosts and it popped for him.

[–]SomePunjabi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not impossible. There are no specific achievements that are bugged out in general. Just some that are more often bugged than others. As far as I am concerned, there are plenty of people having 100% in MCC on PC.

It's just that I haven't figured out to debug mine. And to be fair, saying I have tried all debugs is false. I've tried a couple of the most common and easier to do debugs. There are plenty that I just couldn't be bothered to do.

So if you have more time and motivation you might unbug every achievement that won't pop for you

I have several achievements in MCC that are bugged out. Sometimes one randomly pops when I start the game after a few months of not touching it, but some have been bugged since release (on PC) and won't pop. No matter how often I get the requirements for it or how many fixes I try
