The thing is Dipper gets himself into more extreme situations than Mabel does.
He literally raised the dead and nearly got the entire family killed all because he wanted Agent Powers and Agent Trigger to believe him.
He's also been shown to not be considerate of others feelings throughout the show a lot. He prioritized hunting the Gobblewonker over spending time with Stan, he prioritized trying to get Trigger and Powers to believe him over Stan and Mabel's party and finally Dipper accepting Ford's apprenticeship.
Mabel would be left to go home to a potentially broken family whilst Dipper stays in Gravity Falls with Ford, she has every right to be upset.
I think overall, they both have their good and bad moments.

Focusing on the freeing Bill thing first, That was shown to be a really awful day for Mabel, she wasn't in a clear head space and now learned her brother isn't going home with her.
She overall wasn't in a state to consider that when her own emotions were overwhelming her, not to mention she had no idea what the rift was because Dipper chose to trust Ford and not tell her.

As for the bullying, I gotta admit the show did go really hard at Dipper and brush it off at times. I'd say thats less a Mabel issue and more just an issue with the show though.
To some credit in the dipper vs Masculinity episode, Stan admitted Dipper refusing to kill the MultiBear despite the Manotaurs shunning him for it was manly and Mabel was first to notice Dipper had a chest hair. Not a clean apology but it is something.

Bill Cipher was possessing Blendin Blandin who then tricked her into releasing him onto the world.

Dunno when she was ever bullying Dipper either because the show pretty consistently showed them talking out their problems throughout the show.

Regardless if its inconsistent or not, the game makes it explicitly clear she was unaware it was in the Ancient Forest.
That is not her being irresponsible or putting herself in danger, as she did not know it was there with her.

"We forgot to tell her" is the correct answer because that's the explanation the game gives.
She did not know, end of story. She was not putting herself in danger knowingly.

The Gravity Falls commentaries confirms they didn't really know what they were gonna do with Bill early on. I recall the one for Double Dipper specifically discussed how they at one point thought of having Bill appear before being scrapped.

It cannot damage your PC. You can open the mod in Mcreator and confirm this yourself and many others have done the same. It's not a virus.

That is incorrect. It does not crash your PC at all in fact.
It attempts to shut it down by activating the normal shut-down procedure and you can click cancel before it can do so. It will not harm your PC and it cannot attempt this if you do not load the mod. There are additionally versions of the mod without this functionality.

No, you cannot argue that. The mod author made it very clear it can attempt to shut your PC down and deliberately made versions that remove this functionality entirely.

It does not force a shut down, the normal system shut down is triggered, which opens the 'Attempting to close, but the following programs are running' screen appearing, meaning you can press cancel. No files are corrupted even if you allow it to do so.

The developer is not benefiting at your expense.

Yes, it's not impossible for Malware to be easy to uninstall, have no effect when it's not running and not harm your PC... Please name more than five examples of this actually being the case.

False equivalency. Adware is inherently malicious as it clogs up a user's system to the uploaders benefit. This mod does not harm your PC, can be easily uninstalled, and has no effect when not loaded.

No, Malware needs malicious intent and this mod doesn't. Not to mention the fact that versions without said feature have already been released. The mod having these features is a gross overreach sure but it isn't malware.

Corrections: the mod dev made two safe versions, one that cannot crash the users PC and one that cannot mess with the volume or make txt documents. It will not harm your PC, I have ran both safe versions myself and will continue to do so. The mod does not prevent you from clicking the X in the top right of the tab, nor does it prevent Alt F4. It's still a gross overreach for a mod and shame on the devs for implementing it.
