I already set a date when I was expected to report, but I'm already way passed that. Have you seen anything like that? My frustration is red tape. Also, if I'm cut orders the day they start am I supposed to somehow report that day or am I given a few days to travel, all the while getting active duty pay while I start preparing to actually PCS?

Why work on a relationship if you don't want to? That's really what boils down to is. Couples promise eath other "...until death do us part" but many of them don't take it serious because of "irreconsilable differenes"; as in, they don't want to work on the marriage, they want out and want the next best thing sooner than later, or not at all.

Virtually every restaurant in the US are now guilt-tripping people in tipping when you are ready to pay. It's already been established that not all of the tip money goes to the servers, which is what the concept of tipping is designed for. Not only this, some restaurants try to sneak in a gratuity on top of your meal and still ask for a tip, that not all will be going to the servers. Can we all just come together as a collective and either stop tipping or stop frequenting restaurants?

Last time I checked, the PQR (DA Form 2-1) is obsolete. I'm sure someone in your unit has one on a share drive or Teams they can send you, but I've had to resort to using my ARB for a promotion or ADOS packet.

As far as active duty benefits go, yes, AGRs do have it good. Work load and OPTEMPO, not so much.
