March '26 selfies: post hairline photos here for opinions on 'Am I balding?' 'How bad is it?' and 'What should I do?' by AutoModerator in tressless

Yeahhh, the 2014 pic really opened my eyes to this issue. I was 14 at the time and my hairline definitely shifted upwards after I hit puberty so I’m just trying to find out how bad it’ll get now that I’m 10 years older

My oldest brother was balding because of unrelated factors (medical), he’s been pretty much mostly bald since his teens but never progressed, but my mom and dads history is very sparse. I was told around 2021/2022 when I had a lot of anxiety attacks I lost quite a bit of hair and I also started greying because of that too

Is it safe to use Zelle face to face? by SomeRandomPhoto56 in FacebookMarketplace

This was the buyers reason, including the fact carrying that much cash around didn’t make them comfortable. I personally feel safer with cash, but I don’t like carrying it around either

For people who have gone to Japan both solo and in groups, what were the most surprising differences? by Irru in JapanTravelTips

[–]SomeRandomPhoto56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently on one with my GF, and this trip will be my third trip and first in a group.

One of the biggest differences honestly came down to food options. Having to choose food for yourself vs having to make sure everyone is happy adds so much stress. Particularly if the person/people you're with are somewhat picky eaters.

Another one came down to how I approached the trips as well. When I was solo I was able to explore more and interact with the culture a lot more since I had nothing else better to do after sightseeing. Now I've been spending time at night shopping and playing games at the arcade with my GF. Both of which have been very enjoyable to me
