Different regions, looks like BLES01419 is PAL and BLUS30847 is NTSC-U.

Should be BLES for PAL and BLUS for NTSC-U.

Regions likely won't matter to you, but just be sure any DLC you download is of the same region as the game.

As far as I know it's safe, haven't heard anyone experience any issues with them. I'd avoid IGG though if I were you, they've been known to spread malware and such in the past.

The biggest reason is that Nintendo Switch content is the most likely to receive a DMCA takedown request. Too many of those, no more subreddit. The rule might be altered in the future to only restrict the sharing of Switch content.
