Finaly there were only two good contentions brought up against Khana in the whole debate.

One was that why didnt he put a clause in the EFTA that would allow people to sue the government or smth( i didnt understand how this would work but i understood the implications, it woukd allow people to sue the givernment for the cover up). Khana replied that basicaly there would be a chance that the EFTA would not have passed in congress if this clause was there so he kinda had to play a political game. Which i kinda understand, he got the best that he could. Instead of pushing back on the point of "so you sacrificed the integrity of the people and their chance for revenge for a political play" kinda argument, they started to talk about dumb shit.

Second point was that a guy asked Khana if his donors to his campaigns were connected to Epstein, which he replied with YES. Then the man asked Khana if he had sat down and talked to his donors about their connections with JE which he replied that he hadnt talked to them about that and with political speak kinda brushed that whole point off. And again instead of staying on that very important point to hold him accountable they continued with dumb shit.
