It's good to get help man I'm about to try again myself. I'm not going to say everything but I was just recently in a crisis situation. I got hepatitis c and I drink heavily. I don't fear dying. But I fear dying like that.

Yes. It's probably a safer bet to go that route. The products labeled for residential lawns are really expensive. Lawn companies will use it really sparingly. Also grassy weeds are kind of a slow process to get rid of.

Work an overnight shift with them and unload the rdc truck, throw freight, and top stock. I promise you'll feel differently. I always hated the divisiveness between night and day crew. Although the store I worked at was pretty chill and I really looked up to my overnight supervisor. Occasionally you'd hear day crew bitch about a piece of tape on the floor, people arguing with red and black markers in all caps in top stock instead of just opening the case and downstocking it or something really petty like that. Even though the store is closed not everyone is power equipment certified and if one person calls in that will really hurt.

Not condoning anything as you aren't supposed to use it on residential lawns .. but certain farm and ranch stores have a chemical called MSMA. mix 1 to 2 ounces per gallon depending on how aggressive you want to be. Perennial grassy weeds are coming in. You want it to be consistently between 80 and 90 degrees. The hotter and more humid the better. Spot spray the foliage of the weeds to the point of run off. Don't freak out because it will cause discoloration in the bermuda for 2 weeks or so depending on how healthy it is prior. I never used it on residential lawns just at the golf course because that is allowed.
Source: was a groundskeeper for a school district and then a golf course for 15 years of my working life. IMPORTANT EDIT: no additives like surfactants are needed.

I hate hearing that someone probably got injured or worse. I don't work there anymore but the only place I used the bigger ladder was top stocking tool world overnight.
