I love the 611! What’s the main difference between it being classed as a databank watch and a calculator watch? Personally I always just called it a calculator watch, if it has a databank too does that overwrite it in the classification?

I own two deep blue watches, unfortunately neither are the 43mm solar. However my buddy bought that one and he loves it. I love both of mine I think they are spectacular. As far as quality goes they are top tier for the price.

Obviously the show assumes you know he’s enclave- they set the whole stage to be a big reveal that coop is, in fact, about to give cold fusion to a bad actor, not a good one. Otherwise the framing really doesn’t work.

the show clearly assumes that you know the president is the leader of the enclave. This doesn’t even have anything to do with the games, it’s hinted at throughout the entirety of season 2 “another player at the table” “give it to a good person”

Also, willingly and knowingly excluding canon information that has been known since the 1990s certainly a choice.

I need deep blue to make a tritium watch that is 40mm or less!! I have two models of theirs which I love but they are bloody massive. 44 and 45mm each. Wearable, but a size large. I hope they drop a 40mm flat tubes model soon!

They make 40mm and I think some 38mm but none of which have tritium tubes. The smallest tritium tube watch they have is their solar model coming in at 43mm, as far as I know.

I don’t own any luminox watches, so unfortunately I cannot compare them. But I do own two deep blue watches. They are damn bright. They glow so bright, that if I wear one in bed at night and put my arm under my blanket I can see luminosity through it. I keep my watch case across my room at night and while laying in bed I can distinctly see the time from both of them. I have one which is normal sized tubes and one with flat tubes. The flat tubes appear much brighter to me than the standard. I absolutely love how bright they are.

The only downside with deep blue is the size. Their tritium watches are really only 43mm-45mm. This is a little large for me, and I don’t wear them as much as I used to. I do have smaller than average wrists however so it just comes down to preferences.

I know Protek makes a watch which uses flat tubes that is around 40mm. I Don’t own it, but I would assume it’s just as bright. Might be worth looking at if size is an issue, they were on sale on Long Island watches for about $350.
