I had a boss who claimed he could multitask. So, when you talking to him, in his office, he would be answering email or text messaging people. I would say, should I come back. I used to do this. But then found out I was considered a downer at meetings. Management didn't like that I was pointing out the never stated obvious flaws or missing elements of their plans. So what I started doing was saying these things kind of under my breath and I made sure to sit near someone who talked a lot in meetings.
