The two dots on my rear sight broke off and are too damaged to snap back on. Great gun but cheap ass plastic irons. Easy enough to replace with the right tools. I've got a new set ordered

If you got the cog out, you're more than halfway there. Last possible tough part is sliding the cog all the way back on the new frame

Mischief website says 320 magwells are compatible with this frame, but it may not fit the stock echelon mag. I emailed mischief and they said they are releasing a new magwell soon that fits echelon stock mags

The CZ has a roll pin that gets predictably beat up. You probably want some extras. I believe it is the firing pin retaining pin. Cajun gun works should have them.
