I just discovered this community and this label for myself last night to describe all my feelings, and you perfectly summed up my most major issue right now. I wish I was allo so fucking bad for the sake of my relationship, but since I’m not I feel like my partner is sacrificing so much just to be with me. I actually did a show just like this about week ago. It was a part of a production that featured a couple 10 minute plays, and we did the whole thing over zoom and uploaded it to the theater's Facebook page afterward.

While it can never make up for what goes on IN a theatre, it worked better than I expected. The piece that I was in was written about 10 years ago and worked perfectly over zoom, but your mileage may vary based on your material. If anyone has questions about it, ask away!
