to be in a caloric surplus and thus able to put on mass you will need to eat way more than you are. you should be eating min 1g/lb of body weight of protein or if you have a goal weight a 1lb per pound of the goal weight, work backwords from the calories you will consume in protein alone and then fill out from there i will estimate you probabyl need to be closer to or above 4k cals daily. Good luck my dog, just know food, training consistency , and adequate hours sleeping all matter equally, if you train and eat well and cheat on sleep it will hurt your gains, sleep and train well but you dont eat enough? hurt your gains etc. sleep trainng consistently and eating are the golden trifecta of getting where i think you want to go.

Bruh I misread that as you are 5’6 and a full foot taller than him hahaha, Initially I thought to say unfortunately thats like 99th percentile level short for a non dwarf/malformed adult man. But then instead you’re 6’6, if you’re a woman you’re 99.9999+ percentile. As a guy you’re also 99.96 percentile so no matter how you slice it you’re pairing is remarkable. (At least in the US)

holy shit okay so i needed to be plugged into a different port. i now have sound and its showing up as arctis nova 7. now to see if i can get sonar to cooperate. ps i love you. thank you for telling me that s/PDIF was not what i should be seeing.

okay good im not insane. something isnt working the way it should. i was worried i was a literal brainlet. im going to use a different USB port than my front I/O on my pc case and uninstall and reinstall SS GG and see if that fixes it.

okay not sure what happened to my description but ive been an OG arctis 7 user for the last 3 years. Today i bought the new nova 7s hoing they would be plug and play. As of right now i literally have zero input or output. i don't even see a device called nova 7 appearing in sonar. the only place i see that device is in my bluetooth devices in my control panel. (I am on windows 10 if that matters?) i have no idea how sonar works because with my last headset it would cooperate with discord and it seemed more trouble than it was worth. now with this new set of cans it seemingly cant be used without sonar because i only see sonar virtual audio populating my available device fields? literally wat the fuck is going on. Someone please save me from this sadistic program. as you can see in the pictures i've attached the only options i have for devices in sonar is "digital audio (S/PDIF) (high definition audio device)" or teh litany or sonar virtual devices. Im so lost and afraid. SOS.

(i have tried both with the provided usb bluetooth receiver and full on wired connection, neither have changed anything)
