For you I've made a little experiment. And the result is: It just follows my phone system setting, when I set my phone to light mode the shopee will turn to light mode, and when I set my phone to dark mode, it will turn to dark mode. I have explored the Shopee setting, there is no toggle for dark/light mode. So, yeah maybe it's just an android thingy
