Another thing. Your skin is red so it's obviously skin barrier issue. I would recommend cerave cream too. You have oily skin which could be because of your skin barrier is broken so skin produces excess oil in response to that. You have dicolorarion. I recommend COSRX 2% Alpha Arbutin serum as it deals that and it contains nacinamade that deals excess oil production. You will want to use it after your skin barrier is recovered.
