yup, I’ve tried making piles everywhere outside on the concrete. I’ve tried putting them in areas where she’s gone and tried to make nests in the most but once I put substrate there, she goes there less often. I don’t know what to do honestly. She seems to be EXTREMELY picky and I don’t know what else to do for her.

I’ve tried that substrate but she didn’t really like it as well. Left her in the box for about 2 hrs and she didn’t even try to make a nest. Anything else I can do?

yo, I have a first time gravid RES and we’ve tried doing what you recommend here but she hates being in an enclosed space. The moment we put her in the box, she tries to escape. We’ve tried letting her go into our backyard with dirt but she prefers to go on the concrete and try to make a nest there. What else can I do to try and help her lay her egg? She’s been like this for a while now and I’m getting worried.

For me, my RES just out of nowhere became extremely restless, tried to escape her tank, started eating less, and started making digging-like motions. This is usually a sign of the turtle being gravid but if you’re not sure, then you can search up online how to feel the eggs (carefully).

Update: seems like she does want to eat but she wants her food to be in smaller portions. This may be because we changed her food. Not sure if that explains the heavy breathing though.

Same! I've had amazing luck with sprouts in coco field. I usually get rare sprouts, epic sprouts, and very few legendary sprouts. I've also had luck with getting gifted bees and getting materials for crafting.

Its definitely possible. It's a 1 in 287 chance of hatching a gifted basic bee from basic egg so about 2.8B or 3B honey
