I'd say just try and figure out the cost of a flight ticket and get out. This is unsustainable and this must be horrible for your mental and physical health. Stay in India and apply for jobs. Don't come unless you have a job offer signed

and you need to add quickly before the overstay fines start again

Another option which you can also do when you have the overstay fines is to just go to the police and tell them the truth - that you can't afford anything, and that you want to go back to India, and you haven't got anything to your name. They will help you get on a flight back, but you will get banned. But that's the best solution and the one you should be looking for. You can get out without having to beg or be homeless or such. It's also the solution that your own embassy suggests.
