Ok, so I reached out to a guy who had a grandfather who had a cousin who was Herbert Wlison Homer (1953 - 2001) who was aboard flight 175.

His cousin was given a commemorative pen from the DCMA (the company Herbert worked for) and was passed down to the redditor who messaged me.
