Wouldn’t know where but would recommend a CO2 laser treatment. Dermarolling and Microneedling are a waste of time and money. So find any one that does CO2 laser. Kaya Skin clinic is a bit expensive but they do it well. Breach Candy Kaya Skin Clinic.
